B. Compare yourself to either Scout or Jem

Comparing myself to Jem at his age; I was more like him then I'd like to admit.

One of the biggest, is not wanting our siblings company; we have them around when it's a convenience to us. Another is putting our friends over our family, like how he is when Dill is around. I also think that he acts like he knows more then he really does, which I think that everyone does. Going off what I said I also think he gets a blow when someone proves him wrong, because I know I do when I'm set on the thought.

Some things that I think are different about us not very discriptive but it's still differences. The one thing that I know that is the biggest thing; he's a boy. Everone knows him (either from his family or something) and for me at school not a lot of people know me (in general or at all). Also that he has a father but not a mother; I have a mother but not a father; I think that's a pretty big difference. I also think that he goes out with friends to play and such, while I usually stay at home.

Jem really loves a sport, for him it's Football, I also really like a sport, but for me it's Soccer. Jem also can, generally, control himself when he is angry. I can also do that, unless it's about a really touchy subject, also like Jem. He is also the eldest between 2 kids, that have an age difference of 4 years, as am I with my little brother. I noticed that Jem also is repsectful and well mannered toward adults, I'm always like that with adults, even if I know them well.

I'm proud that I have these aspects, I can see where it lead one person (even if they are fictional), and learn from them.
